James Ted  Perry
Family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, November 24, 2017 at Faith Baptist Church 3819 Island Road Blountville, Tennessee. Services will follow with Pastor Eddie Zimmerman and Pastor Bill Christian officiating.

Committal service will be Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Garden of Devotion at East Tennessee Cemetery Blountville, Tennessee.
Serving as pallbearers: Christopher Christian, Christian Chumbley, Eric Perry, Jeremy Sells, Jonathan Hinkle, Dustin Perry, Jerry Clark & Charles Lundy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family.

Life Story for James Ted Perry

Blountville - James Ted Perry 88 passed away at NHC on Sunday, November 19, 2017.
He was born in Bluff City, TN.
He worked at Automotive in Bristol for several years then opened his own business, Houser and Perry Auto Parts where they rebuilt and restored old cars. He also had Blountville Body Shop and Towing until his retirement.
James was a charter member of Faith Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents: James A. Perry and Olive Glover Perry & sisters: Novella Townsend and Hazel Simpson.
He is survived by his beloved wife: Gladys Lundy Perry, daughters: Judy Hinkle (Joel “Butch”), Ann Rowsey (Wiley), Linda Christian (Teddy), Grandchildren: (first grandson who he loved as his own) James Perry, Eric, Jeremy, Christopher, Tracy & Jonathan and Eight great- grandchildren.
