Obituary for Lavonna Maynard

Lavonna Maynard
The family of Lavonna Maynard will receive friends any time at her mothers residence. Receiving of friends will be on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00p.m at East Tennessee Funeral Home with services in our chapel at 8:00 p.m. with the Rev. Tim Cole officiating. Special music by Pat Cole.
Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 noon Wednesday Nov. 9, 2016 at East Tennessee Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary Pallbearers will be Roger Lane and Joey Lane.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Center, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN. 38105

Life Story for Lavonna Maynard

Lavonna Maynard 49 of Kingsport went to be with her husband and Lord on Saturday, November 5, 2016 unexpectedly at her residence.
Lavonna was of the Baptist Faith, she enjoyed laughing and spending time with her loving family and friends. She loved country music and watching movies with her grandson Gage.
Lavonna was preceded in death by her husband; Jeff Maynard in 2005, father; Leroy Thompson 2001 and mother-in-law; Carolyn Killebrew 2014.
Survivors: three sons; Bo Ryan Maynard of Chattanooga, TN. , Christopher Dylan Maynard and wife Chelsie of Kingsport, TN. , Jacob Key Maynard and wife Casie of Kingsport, TN., Parents: Helen Thompson of Kingsport, TN.
Sister: Donna Winegar of Knoxville, TN., Brothers: Roger Lane and wife Penny of Blountville, TN., Joey Lane and wife Judy of Mount Carmel, TN. Grandchildren: Grandsons; Gage Rosen and Anakin Maynard, Aunt: Josie Collins of Kingsport, TN., and several nieces and nephews.
