Bill was born in Erwin to Harold and Mary DeBusk. He is the youngest of two siblings. He attended Unicoi County High School and Kentucky School of Mortuary Science.  
Bill received his Funeral Director's License in 1972 and was the first Certified Funeral Service Practitioner in East Tennessee.  
He served as Sergeant of the Erwin Rescue Squad.  
He is past President of the Kingsport Evening Civitan Club and was the recipient of the Charlie Keener Citizenship Award for Kingsport in 2000.  
He resides in Fall Branch and is married to B.J. DeBusk. Together they have one son: Jackson. They are members of Lovelace Baptist Church in Fall Branch where B.J. serves as the pianist and the Oak Glen Community Club.

A 1982 graduate of Sullivan Central High School Cindy has lived most of her life in Kingsport. A licensed pre-need insurance agent Cindy and her husband Wendell have two children and two grandsons. They enjoy worship as members of Christ Fellowship Church. Cindy likes being able to serve and assist families to make a trying and difficult time a little less difficult.
